• Custom Designs: If you upload your own design instead of choosing from our catalogue, a non-refundable custom design fee of $15,000 JMD applies before work begins. A mockup must be generated for the printing machine and approved before production.
• Deposit Requirement: A 50% deposit is required to initiate production.
• Final Payment: Final payment is due upon order completion.
• Refund Policy: Orders are non-refundable once production begins.
• Pickup Times: Pickup times may vary based on the size and complexity of the order.
• Customer Responsibility: The customer is responsible for ensuring design files are print-ready.
• Delivery Method: Pickup only. Delivery is not available.
