Soccer Xpress ("we," "us," or "our") prints custom jerseys, teamwear, and branded merchandise in Jamaica. This policy explains what we collect when you use this website to request a quote, place an order request, or get in touch, and what we do with it.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information only when you give it to us:

Quote and order requests — your name, business or team name, email, phone number, delivery or pickup address, the service you want, quantities and sizes, your target completion date, and any notes you add.
Artwork and designs — the logos, crests, mockups, and sponsor artwork you upload with a request, and, for jersey orders, the catalogue designs and colours you chose.
Contact messages — your name, email, phone number, and the message itself.
Newsletter sign-ups — your email address.
Browsing — anonymous usage statistics such as pages visited, browser type, and country, through analytics that set no cookies and cannot identify you (see section 4).

2. How We Use It

To prepare your quote and reply to your request
To produce and deliver your order, including printing your artwork
To contact you about your order — confirmation, artwork questions, deposit and balance, and pickup or delivery
To send the newsletter, only if you signed up, and you can unsubscribe at any time
To understand how the website is used so we can improve it
To keep records we are required to keep, such as invoices

Your requests reach us by email. Each one carries a reference number (for example #20260906-1234) that we use to track it; quoting it when you contact us helps us find your request quickly.

3. Who We Share It With

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. A small number of service providers handle data on our behalf, only as needed to run the website and fulfil orders:

Artwork storage — files you upload are stored securely with Cloudinary so we can retrieve them for your order.
Email delivery — your requests and our replies are sent through an email delivery provider.
Website hosting and analytics — the site is hosted on Vercel, and usage statistics are collected by a privacy-focused analytics service.
Legal requirements — if required by law, or to protect our rights and safety.

4. Cookies, Analytics, and Your Device

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Our analytics collect anonymous, aggregated statistics without cookies and without identifying individual visitors.

To make the site work smoothly, your browser stores a few things locally on your own device only: the designs you have added to an order request, the colours you chose in the catalogue, and your light or dark display preference. This information never leaves your device unless you submit a request, and you can clear it at any time through your browser settings.

5. Your Artwork and Designs

Artwork you upload stays yours. We use it only to prepare and produce your order, and to show you a preview of it. We may keep it for a reasonable period after your order so that reprints and reorders are straightforward, and we will delete it on request. Please only upload artwork you have the right to use; you are responsible for the logos, names, and images in your designs.

6. Links to Other Sites

This website links to our Instagram page and to our sister site, Xpress Sports. Those sites have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their data practices.

7. Data Security

We use reasonable measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections to this website and secure storage for uploaded files. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. How Long We Keep It

We keep request and order details for as long as needed to fulfil your order and to meet our record-keeping obligations. Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe. Anonymous analytics are kept in aggregate only.

9. Your Rights

You can ask us at any time to:

Tell you what personal information we hold about you
Correct anything that is inaccurate
Delete your information or uploaded artwork, where we are not required to keep it
Stop sending you the newsletter

10. Young People

We print kits for youth teams, but orders and enquiries should be submitted by an adult — a parent, guardian, coach, or club official. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will remove it.

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new date at the top.
