Production Timelines
How your order moves from artwork to release.
Sublimation
15 Working Days- Day 1–5
A mockup of your jersey design is created and emailed for approval. Any required adjustments will be made and resent for final approval.
- Day 6–10
A test print is done on material and sent via email for your approval to ensure color accuracy.
- Day 10–15
Production begins. No changes, modifications, or additions can be made at this stage.
Screen Printing
7–10 Working Days- Day 1–3
Artwork is prepared for the screen-burning process.
- Day 4–5
Screens are burned for printing. Any artwork changes or cancellations during this stage will incur a charge for screen burning.
- Day 6
A test print is done, and a picture is sent for approval.
- Day 7–10
Production begins. No changes, modifications, or additions can be made after this.
Embroidery
7–10 Working Days- Day 1–3
Artwork is digitized for stitching.
- Day 4–5
A stitch-out is completed, and a picture is sent for your approval.
- Day 6–10
Production begins. No changes, modifications, or additions can be made at this stage.
Order Completion
Once your order is complete, you will receive an email notification and a phone call. Please note that final payment (via bank transfer or cash/card in-office) is required before your order can be released.
What is a mockup?
A mockup is a visual representation of a design or product, created to demonstrate its appearance, layout, and features. You approve the mockup before anything goes to print.
What is sublimation?
Sublimation is a printing technique that uses heat to transfer dye onto materials such as fabrics, ceramics, and metals. It lets us print designs of any complexity edge to edge on polyester garments.
What material are the jerseys made from?
Our jerseys are made from interlock fabric, which has a smooth, flat surface that is comfortable against the skin, with a slight stretch that suits activewear.
What artwork do you need from me?
High-resolution files or vector artwork (SVG, AI, PDF) work best. If you only have a rough idea, our team can help prepare the artwork.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Apparel orders have a minimum of 12 units. Stationery, drinkware, and accessories have a minimum of 24 units, which can vary by item.
How long does production take?
Sublimation takes 15 working days. Screen printing and embroidery take 7–10 working days. Times can vary based on our production schedule when your order is confirmed. See the full timelines above.
Can I order custom jerseys with names and numbers?
Yes. Our sublimated jerseys support full customization including team colours, sponsor logos, player names, and numbers.
Do you offer same-day or instant printing?
We don't offer same-day printing. For instant prints, visit our sister store Xpress Sports at 101 Constant Spring Road, or call them at (876) 620-9219.
Can my order be rushed?
Call or email us about xpress orders. Availability depends on our current workload and your request.
